I don't consider myself as healthy and even if I am then what are the chances that I can have a heart attack? Can a healthy person have a heart attack?

When an artery supplying your heart with blood and oxygen becomes stopped, a heart attack occurs. Over time, fatty deposits build up in your heart's arteries, creating plaques. A blood clot can form when a plaque ruptures, blocking your arteries and causing a heart attack.
Researchers discovered a large increase in the proportion of people who had heart attacks despite the absence of obvious risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, or smoking. Anyways, you may want to give a look on heart attack symptoms in women or common symptoms for both men and women.
